Are your products spicy?

Each one has a mild heat level but offer unique flavor: Garlic Crisp – More savory than spicy Chili Oil – Balanced and versatile Szechuan Oil – Mild with tongue-tingling Szechuan peppercorns

Are your chili oils vegan and gluten-free?

Yes! All our products are 100% vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, and made with no MSG or artificial preservatives.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. Stay tuned for international shipping!

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders typically process in 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but usually range from 3–7 days.

What if my package arrives damaged?

We’re happy to help! Email us at hello@hellafoods.com with a photo of the damage and we’ll make it right.

What’s your return policy?

Due to the nature of our food products, we don’t accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, let us know and we’ll find a solution.

Do I need to refrigerate the chili oils?

Nope! Just store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration may cause solidifying but won’t affect quality.

How long do the chili oils last?

Unopened, they last up to 12 months. After opening, we recommend using within 6 months for the best flavor.

What are the best ways to use your chili oils?

Drizzle them on noodles, eggs, dumplings, pizza, veggies—literally anything. You can also cook with them or use as a finishing touch.
