Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. During high-demand periods or holidays, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are flat rate regardless of order size, so take advantage! We currently ship within the U.S. only.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Shipping Issues
Hella Foods is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order.
If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first. If you're still having trouble, reach out to us at hello@hellafoods.com — we’ll do our best to help.
Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to hello@hellafoods.com with:

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and can no longer make changes.
